We are a group of principles-based investor/operators seeking to partner with organizations which provide sustainable, long-term value to customers and employees.
We are currently open to acquiring and operating service-based technology businesses. Our targets are smaller companies whose owners typically are looking for viable exit opportunities after years of successful operation. Our targets are companies based in Southern California (e.g. Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties) or the Bay Area (e.g. San Jose, Mountain View, Palo Alto, San Francisco).
Harish Venkitaramanan

Our lead investor and operator, is a seasoned technologist with experience across Corporate Planning, Business Strategy, Product Marketing and Engineering. Harish holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Philosophy from the University of California Irvine. He additionally holds an MBA with High Honors from the University of Chicago.​
Harish has worked in Office of the CEO of multiple Fortune 500 companies and served in diverse governance roles including as a Board Advisor in an early-stage startup, and as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors in a 35-year old non-profit.​​
